An Invitation to All MN DNR Certified Instructors Events sponsored by MVSIA

We currently do not have any scheduled seminars.

If you have a location capable of hosting the RSO or CPR program (comparable to a FAS class), please let us know. We are looking for possible locations and teams to help host future courses. Please send suggestions to our registration email box at:    registration@mvsia.org

National Rifle Association {NRA} Range Safety Officer Training {RSO}

We are working on options for scheduling future RSO courses. We will post those dates and locations when we have them confirmed. Please check this site in the future for the updates – we will also have a link to the registration page.

For those interested in attending future RSO classes, we will follow the NRA's RSO course outline and schedule completely. While the RSO course is for all disciplines of the shooting sports, we are tailoring the discussions toward the MN Hunter Education Program. The intended participants are DNR certified instructors for the Firearm Safety Program. At this time, we will only be offering this training to NRA members, and you must be 21 years of age or older (NRA requirement). If you are not an NRA member, you may join online here: JOIN NRA

American Heart Association First Aid, CPR, and AED training {CPR}.

As DNR certified instructors, we need to be prepared for any emergency which may come up. This course will focus on situations DNR instructors may find themselves in while in the classroom or outdoors during the field day, and is open to all Snowmobile, ATV, and FAS instructors. By attending this program, you will be certified in all three American Heart Association programs: First Aid, CPR, and AED. The course will be led by an AHA certified instructor.
